Four dogs reportedly kept on chains 24/7 at a residence in Eldon, Missouri, are facing freezing temperatures. The “shelter” provided to them is shoddy at best - they’re completely exposed to the cold. At least one of the dogs is visibly underweight, and the chains restraining the animals are wrapped directly around their necks.
